Weight lose tips



Everybody wants to take care of their health, and as result of that, we want to lose weight, oftenly because of overweight and obesity problems; some people have their own methods, and they work very well. However, not everyone can use the same method, because not every organism are identical. Here we have some tips to lose weight that should become an habit, because of their relevance. Recommended by health experts:

1. Do not eat fast, chew slow, if you do you´ll feel satisfied much faster, with less food.

2. Whenever it´s possible, go to the grocery store after you ate; that way you´ll feel less tempted to get fattening things.

3. After every meal is recommended rest about 20 minutes and then walk for about 40 minutes. Make an activity after a meal burn many calories.

4. To saciate the midmorning hungry, a few prunes, a glass of skimmed milk or a mini-sandwich with wholemeal bread, seems to be the best choice.

5. If you eat prunes, an apple or dried apricot for snack,or some other fruit to trick the stomach, it´s a good idea to keep the last portion in the mouth for a while.
